Sewage Free Swimmers wanted a campaign to stop water companies dumping sewage in rivers. Working in advertising, we could relate to their plight - we spend our days swimming up stream through a load of shit too. So we obliged.
CelebritySewage.com was born - purveyors of celebrities’ sewage, leaked into rivers by water companies and bottled by us.
The e-store
People could get a bottle of Celebrity Sewage online.
The bottle was then sent to the CEO of their local water company.
Each bottle named and shamed the water company responsible.
A map showed which river the sewage came from.
Tasting notes described the product.
SOCIAL
Their social media pages became a temporary shop, hawking sewage throughout the week.
People used these to spread the word online
People printed these off and put them up in their local area.
